and what exactly have u done to try to improve things?!
i'm hosting a tournament this sunday that has had 12 entrants, 6 of which are PvP regulars, that leaves 6 people i dont regularly arena with. if people dont wanna enter then i dont see why we shud spend time organising events to try to bring some life into the almost dead levels of PvP over here
also were not leaving EU, just PvP'in over there as well because they have tournaments with 5, 8 and 16 people in a team. any tournament over here with those numbers in a team would have 0 entrants

My comment, seeing as you want to pull it apart, simply meant I'm not making posts about how pvp compares to the american servers and encouraging a mass exodus. Something which I believe to be detrimental to the state of pvp over here.
As for organising a tournament, I have very little interest in the arena, much prefering BB and SC, the "thrill of the chase" is a huge part of the fun for me. Occasionally I'll see an organised event, think it might be cool, then see its 50's only. (the squished event being the most recent). On top of that, I lack the confidence to put any event together, it is something that would take a lot of mental preperation for me. Besides, why 40? Then you exclude everyone else, just as the lvl 50 tournaments do, another reason I prefer zones.
You know, I held off posting here cos I didnt want to offend anyone I might leave off my list, I'm starting to wish I'd kept my mouth shut now.

That sounds about right to me
I think my top gun players are based on zone pvp, arena leaves me cold but thats not to take away any skill that arena pvp players have just my experience. It would have to go to those players that come into a zone and can turn any pug team around and bring out the best in the players on that team, theres few ppl like that but for me they have keep my interest in the game and continue to challange me on how i play, i will not name them but im sure they know who they are. Keep that work up as the difference you make is noticed

I dont like warburg, the FFA nature is a bit off putting for me. I've been in there, but mostly to do missions and the very odd bit of pvp if I run into someone I know while I'm there.

Note, I have been on all tournaments I have been eligible for before that one, and if you want more participants try organising a tournament at lvl 30.
If you think double controller is good you you're just plane bad. I could fight double controller without a singel bf on my scrapper. And i wouldn't need to many bfs on my blaster either. Plight im up for a one on one on test whenever you like, just dont blame it on lag like you did last time when i beat you. Jum i'd like to fight you again as well if you dont mind.

i think ur missing my point i got defensive because ur original post suggested we hadnt tried to help pvp in EU, we've done nothing but try to increase pvp over here for months and we will continue to host tournaments over here as well. were just starting other accounts in US cos there isnt enough pvp over here to satisfy us

It would be much much easier if EU->US transfers was allowed. Yes, I know that would sort of mean the last blow on EU servers, but forcing people to stay or restart a new account without any 50s to PvP is not way imo

I'd say that anyone that promoted PvP in a positive way and brought more people in, was Top Gun. Thanks all to those who mentioned my toons btw, I think all my 50's have been mentioned at least once
