lol exactly, no travel power scrappers wud hammer me, but they cant contain me to stop me running and dont have enough burst dmg to kill me quickly...i can get a regen down to around 1/3 health but then they heal 
i may be able to beat a SR, definately not an invul. still to this day have no idea how dark armour works

tactically retreating cos ya know ya will make a comeback for a win or retreating cos you got no chance?
I think its the no chance option and if you did go toe to toe, beyond the 10 minute mark will come defeat and when i said a spines/regen scrapper can beat an invuln tank i was speaking about toe to toe anyway. I have yet to see him ingame but now when i do, i dont feel there is an actual point to prove by your own obmission. My empath could keep running from most scrappers.

I 1v1 vs a Ice/Ice Tanker on Test once during the RV event and to help him test his build.. and he did rather well in causing me issues.. maybe he was just a better player with ?/ice, than you I dunno.

I don't see anywhere where she said, she has withdrawn from it. She simply, like me, doesn't PvP much at all because THAT IS NOT WHAT WE BROUGHT THE GAME FOR... If I wanted a PvP game imho.. I'd buy WoW or GW.. but that's my PoV.
also her empath is Emp/Psi iirc, tho it's been a while since I've seen her Empath.... whether that means much I dunno.. but I know Psi on anything CAN and WILL hurt.

Referring back to what my posts have simply been about:
A scrapper can defeat a tanker.
Your clearly distorting things. Im not mad at you. I just pity the less intelligent:P as there has been no withdrawal about anything i have previously stated.
There was no PVP when i bought the game.
I havent taken to PVP like some people.
I dont get off on winning in PVP duels as some sets are meant to be most advantaged versus another. So only team PVP would appeal to me and I like game content too much to bother getting into team pvp unless its a base raid.
I wouldnt get any gratification from pvp enough to mess a pve toons build for pvp.
There is a good chance that somewhere some hardcore roleplayers could kick the top pvp teams ****** if they bothered with pvp and thats without teamspeak.

I talk about the game mechanics etc. When someone says "it cant be done" yet it can, i will say so. When someone gives an opinion that someone else may take as gospel, forums being public and all, that i find misleading, false, possibly untrue I will voice my opinion which is there for debate. It is pretty stupid starting arguments like this on a thread that's topic is about something else entirely. I know what X-treme is about and I know he refers to 'good' pvp tank. And I know he is right. Scrappers dont got a chance in hell to get a kill. Let us not talk about situation where the tank player is afk or braindead.
Imag once challenged me (Captain Skyfire en/en/cold blaster at that time iirc, and my mate white magus empathy/energy defender) to a duel (us two against him alone) at lvl 50 to prove that good invul tank is unkillable. We fought for 10 minutes and it was 0-0. It is about movement as is most of PVP. Sure you can 'hold your ground' and get killed by everybody and their dog but thats not what PVP is about.

As proffessed to me before spending your time running away most of the match is basically a loss not a draw and a near braindead person would know enough to back of to buy time for a recharge etc. Thats not skill. Also an AFK unless granite would drop alot sooner, i meant toe to toe and stated past 10 mins so id didnt actually mean afk now.
All i have stated is a scrapper can defeat a tanker, it is possible and everyone has forgot to take their pills over it. If all a good pvp tank has got to do is run when hes scared and come back when he has his breath back to be called a "good" pvp tank then i am gobsmacked.
My interpretation of a good PVP tank would keep the opposing scrapper and controller perma-taunted whilst the rest of the team carry on with their work.
