3VP Defiant Final: 31st August

Ok, with a couple of no-shows and a couple of people with bugged powers, the final will now take place on Thursday 31st August - Galaxy Arena (emerald) starting at 8pm prompt.

Right, we are down to our final 9, and with one exception (OmegaMCX) you are all on 1 life.

So, rather than giving byes, we are gonna have a good ol'fashioned high noon showdown.

We will have a round robin to determine the champions of defiant.

Each team faces each other team once. Pick up 2 wins to claim the championship. In the event that each team wins one match, we repeat until we have a clear winning team.

Sorry if I shouldin't post this, but will there be a repeat of 3vP in Defiant as I missed the sing ups last time and would love to participate in this tournement if it runs again.

Hmmm sadly got 2 problems about this thursday i might loose my net connection on wendsday thanks to family issues with me having a net connection, also if possible can we push things back to 8:30pm i got a rather weird and random schedual for work this week and i dont finish work till 8pm
IF i dont show up after 15 or so minuites then feel free to begin without me, despite all these rather annoying hurdles i will still try my best to get to this party, seems fate dosnt want me to show up

Also just suggesting a thought on weither it would be a good idea to record the final matches or just get some screenys to mark the end of this long tournament.

Could you please move the fight later into the evening due to my work requiring me to stay through midday and i'll probabley miss it by the time i get back. I will definetly be there for 8:30 onwards.

Well i got good news and bad news, good news is that i still have my net connection , bad news the schedual at work got mixed up and im stuck at work till midnight Up to you guys on what you want to do, ill prob drop by after work to see who won.

I'm not bothered when we do it. Do peeps wanna change teh plan again?

It really is up to you guys - I'm torn about tonight as tis Stasis' birthday bash in pocket D on Union, which I'd really like to be there for all of it, but also really want to see us get the final done. Union are still slacking, as Xanthus is on his hollibobs till the weekend, so we have time.

I'll leave it up to you guys to decide (especially as I don't know if the tornado bug has been fixed or not)

As far as I know the bug is still present.

Might be best to wait till the tornado bug gets fixed then itll be a fair fight, but i wouldnt mind seeing this getting done and finished

A few of the pet powers can't be seen, voltaic sentinal and tornado are 2. I'm happy to wait till a time that suits everyone.

Sounds good to me. I'll let extremus apply the pressure to Xanthus to get those union layabouts caught up Finalists - I'm open to suggestions for time/date.
