Champ's right. The only real difference is the text, which says things like 'Sister Psyche psionically synthesised exposure to the Hamidon enzymes'.
Top tip: the SHOE is awarded after you've defeated the last of the Freedom Phalanx - and as they're AVs, they all drop regular SOs as they're defeated. So make sure your tray is completely empty before that last mish to ensure you get your SHOE.
