OK, THIS IS IMPORTANT FOR THOSE COMING IN FROM OUTSIDE THE SG TO READ
Everone in the SG knows the deal etc, although I must point you to this thread (look a few posts into it for my first one). The guidelines are set out here for all the SG members.
While this is going to be an alt thing for the existing members, the new people will maintain their place, rules for current alts are 1 main + 1 alt (more if you have 50s to store). This is purely so that we can rotate alts for the most prestige whilst trying to keep some kind of recognition of the main toon's join date and prestige count. I apologise for this as I realy don't find it ideal, however imo it is far better than the alternative multiple SG method which we can't really afford prestige wise.
If there are any problems with the rules of the SG then newcomers have 2 options.
1. Propose on this thread that we do this as a separate entity (I for one won't be as I have SG commitments)
2. Do not take part.
I want this to go well and love all you guys, and hope to make a few new friends out of this, but it's never a good time to have a mishap.
So all in all, this is really my paranoid way of saying "Welcome! Have fun! Stay as long as you like and if you need anything at all just ask!". I will be needing to speak The_Braain online at some point

if theres still room im up for rolling a MA/regen but if not nvm, ill just keep lvling villains while you smelly ppl have your little pvp team club nights

And to Plight, I know most people are high on speed boost, but a good working team can make use of an empath. They do have recovery aura... Anyways, now that we have 2 empath on the team, the aura should be able to be given out quite often, so endurance shouldn't be a major problem. Btw, i did not put EM because EM's main attacks are ET and TF. TF is too slow, imo,for a tank. It takes away time that should be used for taunting. ET uses health, so im not very keen on that since you're an ice tank with no heals. Using stone or ss, you'll have a ranged attack which is not bad to throw someone off course when they are running or something, which i thought would be nice. Of course, you can still choose it.
Okay, group breakdown (What i had in mind when making the team):
1- 2 Spines/Super Reflex: they will be the team's main damage dealer.
2- Gravity/FF + Illusion/Sonic: general buffs and crowd control. Hell, you won't even need breakfrees with both of your pbAoE.
3- 2 Empaths: Provide plenty of recovery aura and regeneration aura. 2x regeneration aura makes anyone feel like a regen scrapper Not to mention both of them are also controllers, which means crowd control will be ensured (or so i hope all 4 don't start depending on the other and slack off... :P)
4- Storm/Psionic: well, i picked it because it is a fun character to make, and also it is a great support when standing at the back and attacking (if they are smart enough to not use every single knockback they are given..)
5- Warshade: I'd prefer if it was in nova form so we can kill even faster (and human when 50) but can't force anyone. However, even in human form, you can do a fair amount of damage and with ff + sonic + warshade's shields, you can be quite a tough cookie.
So in general, survivibility by lvl 10 should be quite settle. I don't think there would be too much problem even against AVs. If anyone feel as if i'm wrong, please post another reply after mine so i can reconsider my choices. Meanwhile, SEND ME THOSE DARN SCHEDULES! :P only only my plightie dear gaveme his atm.

i was sayin to plight the other day i just cant play def's. i said i wanted to play ice or fire/rad troller, where did this storm/psi come from? im willing to give it a go but good chance ill drop the toon, soz but i just dont like def's

sheesh read the msg i left saying i would like a */rad troller. thinkin it over tho i will play a storm/psi if thats what we all think will be most usefull in PvP im actully likein the idea of a storm/elec what u all think of that?
Storm/ elec is pritty fun , Any chance i can try my warshade just to be awekward got a neat build planned that lets me be a tri form warshade so ill be the swiss army knife of the team :P
play what you like marsipan , i'm sure keith will have some ideas for you anything/rad is good. storm psi imo is far less use than storm/elec in PvP. whatever you choose you know well it is more about how we play as a group than any one set.
MCX, same thing, play what you like but WS is more of a swiss army debt toon than a PB (i know yours is in the 20s atm). due to the lack of self heals (which require targets in WSs) and self buffs of various sorts I think PBs are far better suited to PvP, also they have stacks of -def which is useful, more so than the pesky slow of WSs. Up to you tho, i don't think Kheldians are the best idea for PvP generally as they excel at nothing. It's more about a fun team to level together at the end of the day .

I didnt saw any /kin on the team, i would suggest one though. In line with a /sonic def, plight can go for ice/nrg with have good recharge and greatly resist to the elements (25% SB, 30ish from sonic). Downside of /nrg is that it 100% rely on 2 powers, each has a 15-20ish seconds recharge. Getting a ice/kin/rad -recharge on you and you merely become a standing pile of ice (not to mention a good acc can hit a ice tanker without that much problems, but you also have a /forcefield running around (FA-scrapper?)).
YOu can have unstoppable nearly perma having SB,AB and AM running (hasten offcourse), only a sonic cage or sortlike can put you to a hold (in RV i was able to keep fighting against 5 people for over a minute). Axe is high damage, mace a minor bit less but has disorient effects, axe is bit more focused to KD/KB/KU (axe basicly is all animations from broadsword, thus its castingtimes).

You would need to stack quite a bit to really effect an Ice tank if they have Wet Ice and Permafrost, and then you have Energy Absorbtion, although I have no idea what level of slow res each of these offer.

My schedule, i haven't got a job yet and exams are over so i'm free pretty much everyday during the day, except on weekend nights and thursday nights. Some weekday nights i'm also seeing the gf, i really don't have a fixed schedule!!
