Just wondering if you guys could take a look at my blasters PvP build that I planned. If im honest im no expert when it comes to IO sets so they probably arent perfect.

Got a 50 Empath/Psy and 50 Fire/En blaster, would prefer to come with the blaster but can come with my empath if need be.

Im not a deffinate, something may come up but id be up for it otherwise.

'Paragon City? Why should the talents of the Violet Hand be waisted on the media proclaimed 'Hero Dumping Ground'. There are more threating matters to be dealt with, surely you know this.' Was simply a snippet of an argument that could be heard by those who have mastered the power of mind attunement.

If there had been anyone in the versinity that was not at this high level of attunement, the verbal silence would of finally be broken by the one women permitted to speak. Seated at the most majestic of the chairs around the table, she wore an indigo coloured robe which was embroided with violet spirals, with a large hood that covered her eyes, her perfectly defined jaw bone caught the light beautifully.

"My decision is final and not to be questioned. If you are not willing to broaden your mind to possibilities i question your position in the Violet Hand" Her voice was soft, well-spoken and calm, but commanding at the same time.

The women slowly rose and seemed to glide out of the room, through the massive wooden doors behind her, her robe trailing along the floor. There was a short pause after the doors slammed shut, before one of the others spoke mentally. His tone sounded reluctant and submissive.

'...gather the recruits.' He stood up and begin to quickly pace out of the room. As he reached the wooden doors he placed his hand on the handle and paused, he took a deep breathe and spoke verbally, load and clear "There will be a boat waiting at the docks", pushing the door open quickly he strode out, briefly hearing the murmurs and shocked sounds of his clearly outraged order brethren.

This is a guild and role-play leveling group idea i have had in mind for some time, the theme is the mind (mind control, telepathy, mental corruption etc.) and will offer a fun, detailed, role-play and leveling experience. Before i fully commit to this idea i was just wondering if there was interest for this? Would people be up for doing it? Any improvments/ideas anyone may have in mind?

Would the ice imob be just as good? It would fit the concept more

I'm currently planning my Inv/Ice tanks build. He will be intended as a PvE pure tanking meat shield. I have room for 1 power from the epics, i was thinking of a hold/imob but i have already taken the hold (freezing touch) from /Ice. I also assumed that Focused Acc wouldn't be needed with Invincibility.

Ive recently started this FF/Dark defender as the though of the +def and -acc interested me a lot. Ive read a few other posts and have devised this build, theres no slots put down so far, but slotting advice is welcomes
