Sure, if you use insps in a similar fashion, and wait for your nuke and 2 RAs to recharge. So, it's still possible, no nerfs since that was made, but it's not exactly optimum.
Also please note the XP bar being solid debt that even that group didn't clear. I would suggest (maybe unfairly) that it took a fair few runs to get that video

..I didn't see anything, apart from a (horribly designed) character slowly killing a group with psi blast :3
Did I miss something in this video I was supposed to be impressed by?
I know, from experience, that group could have been killed much faster with AoE psi damage, especially if, instead of using /Dark mastery they had power...
hmm, perhaps I'm just a cynic when it comes to youtube videos, and people showing off when they haven't the need to? 
And to answer the OP, yes this can be done, and to much greater effect.

First she herd a few mobs then she fights them. Yep, that's sounds about right. That's what i thought you was supposed to do.
However, I'm gonna try the same ting with my Nrg blaster. With temp inv, PFF and FoN she'll probably won't get hurt as much and once her BU+Aimed nuke goes of, the fight should be over.
Something like that would have been impressive to see.
As you see the character has wings so it's a fairly recent video. So YES it still can be done. This is not a video post-giant-nerf.
