In the only game I ever played of this.. with completely randomly rolled dice for powers from a table i ended up with a character who was basically and without error - Spiderman.
It was utter chance but I ended up playing spiderman.. basically.. except I made her a ninja to ease my anger at my dice..

I loved Golden Heroes.
I loved Champions much more though. 
No one mention MSH. On pain of being used as a teething device for many hundreds of small pink humanoids, codename: babies.
Which one Z? I've got all 4 MSH systems 
Never heard of it. Took a quick look though and it seems ok. I like reading about "gaming systems" though
