I don;t see any accuracies in your attacks? The to-hit from Invincibility is pretty poor these days, you'll need to slot acc, although I do notice this is a level 50 build. What do you do if you PvP and your FA get's detoggled, or you go to Sirens, Bloody bay or Warburg?

I'm as bemused as Alan_P...no accuracies in anything? Focussed Accuracy won't help much, especially as you won't pick it up until level 41. I know the acc of Claws is pretty high, but it's not recommended to go through 40-odd levels without any accuracy SOs slotted; also as Alan_P says, the ToHit buff on Invince is pretty unnoticeable. Not to mention, Focussed Accuracy drains endurance no end...even with three endreds in it, you'll find yourself dropping toggles left, right and centre if you keep it running constantly.

Even pre-ED, my Dull Pain was slotted with only one heal - I'm not entirely sure you need three, as it's pretty powerful on its own...then again, those slots have got to go somewhere .

Focus really doesn't need Range enhancers, you're a melee-er and for Invince to work, you need to keep your foes near you. I'd suggest leaving range attacks to the Blasters.

Personal preferences: I can't stand Follow Up or Spin. The AoE on the latter is unreliable at best, and without any accs, well, it's a waste of a four second animation in my opinion. Follow Up I've just never liked.

I'd like to know your reasoning behind taking Tough and Kick?

If I were taking this build, I'd take Hurdle earlier, then Combat Jumping - slot them well, and leave off taking SJ for quite some levels. You won't need it that early if you've got both CJ and Hurdle (they're passable as travel powers), but you will want Unyeilding. It's a powerful mez protection power, but remember - it's the only one you've got (until you pick up Unstoppable).

The rest of it looks pretty good to me...I'm hoping this is a PvE only build though .

As far as i can tell this is a post telling people what your build is like, whether you want advice or anything. "People go by feel" i accept that, i do that, plus i try to look at the right figures and perhaps then i have a not do right figure wise build but good for me one. I dont feel you have quite honestly paid attention to the figures or looked far into things atm.

Attacks generally 1 acc, 1 end 3 dam and 1 rechg (more so on on long rechg attacks to get your dps up.)

follow up i think is an absolute must, its recharge = its duration, with recharges you can stack it but you barely squeeze attacks in and depending on your attack chain it could lower your dps.

Invulnerability as a tanker i think tough hide is worth a mere 1 slot, as a scrapper i'd question even needing it at all.

hurdle i wouldnt 3 slot at all especially as you have taken combat jump and superjump hell swift is better with those 2 taken imo but id prioritise slots elsewhere.

1st end redux does more than the 2nd and the 3rd end redux does less than the 2nd so sometimes its worth looking at other toggles to add a 2nd end redux and discount more endurance overall.

Regen girl commenting on Dull Pain here

I think 3 heals are worth it for the Max HP boost.

Actually, the accuracy of Claws attacks is 75%, the same as most powers in the game but lower than other Scrapper primaries as they have a bonus to accuracy for their weapon draw time.

By that logic, shouldn't Martial Arts have the lowest accuracy?

Stasis I thought you knew better than to confuse this game with something logical

"Well, they found my diary today.
They were appropriately appalled
at the discovery of the eight victims
They're now putting it all together.
Women wrapped in silk
with one leg missing
Eight legs, one body, silk,
spider, brilliant!"

MA used to have an accuracy bonus of 1.1 as it was a pretty poor set, when it was redesigned that boost was decreased to 1.05 - the set is of the kind of 'style' which leads to a accuracy bonus.

I simply cannot understand why you would delay getting unstoppable to 49. From 38 all the way to 50 I found unstoppable to be an absolutely priceless power. It saved Liberty Lass more times than I could possibly recall while the amount of times the infamous crash got me killed could be counted on the fingers of one... finger.

Moreover, it is an exhilerating, fun-as-could-be power to use. Nothing makes you feel more truly invulnerable than when the team gets in over its head, other heroes flee or fall and you hit unstoppable... only to be the only person still standing when the dust clears and silence reigns.

I would give unstoppable my highest endorsement.

Also, what Moon Angel Said. unstoppable is a priceless power. When the doodoo hits the rotaional wind maker, it can literally save your life, and unlike, say, moment of Glory, all your buffs toggles still work, so you can get pretty much capped Res, and you can still use Dull Pain and pop any number of insps you want, although oranges would be kinda pointless. With issue 7 and it's blinking technology, it becomes even more useful as you can tell when it's about to drop.
