Dark Armour scrappers have End drain protection if i remember correctly.
As does Rooted in Stone Armour.
And that's your lot boys and girls, if you look to your right, you'll see an incoming elec / elec blaster designed to do a duracell on tank or brute 
AM from the rad set protects against end drain.

And 02 from storm set but you can use on yourself.
Also, you cant protect against life drain really, as it's not a special type, it's just damage.
One of the Force Field bubbles protects against it aswell, the one that gives Def to fire/cold/(n)energy, Insulation I think.

Work with a Kinetics Defender or Corruptor buddy. He may not stop you getting drained but he'll have you back up to speed in no time.
