Possible Corruptor builds, comments please...
Slot siphon speed with 3 recharge, and if possible try to fit in hasten, with that you can triple stack siphon which will give you the highest +rech any single character can achieve.

Slot Transferences Acc, Acc, endmod, endmod, endmod and it becomes an extremely effective sapper attack as well as a way of recharging almost all your endurance.
Slot Fulcrum shift Acc, Acc, Recred, Recred, Recred and transfer that extra slot to Trasference where its needed. You really dont need a Endurance Reduction in Fulcrum shift - you have Transference.
If you are going the fire route slot Inferno with two Accuracy and Recovery reduction and only use it immediately after Fulcrum shift. You get your damage from Fulcrum shift..and you get your endurance back afterwords by poping a single catch a breath and then using Transfusion, so your sequence will be:
Fulcrum Shift (to get the damge up)
Inferno (To take them out)
Catch a breath
Transfusion (toget back in the game)
Make sure someone else solidly has the agro before trying this though or you'll find yourself being alpha striked before you get to Inferno. If you are attempting it solo pop atleast a couple of purples first for a little defence and be ready to transfuse immediately after.
Unfortunately I understand Fulcrum Shift doesnt boost Blizzard.
But it should after issue 7.
I really should do something about this signature.
If you go the Ice route:
I really doubt with Ice Blast you'll need to worry about not focusing on damage, because the three main blasts do a really nice chunk of damage each. They're quite endurance-intensive, but once you have Transference, you should do very well.
I really don't think you should be putting damage into Bitter Freeze Ray. It doesn't do much. It also has a really long, irritating activation time and animation - some people are dropping it altogether, and just using Freeze Ray. It's handy for stacking on bosses, but as a /Kin, you have Siphon Speed and can get Freeze Ray back up really quickly to stack. If you take it, I'd just go for putting an accuracy in it, and taking those slots for elsewhere. You also might want to consider slotting Freeze Ray something like 1 acc/2 recharge/2 hold so you have it up quickly, especially if you drop Bitter Freeze Ray. If you really want two holds to stack, keep in mind that the Patrol Pools offer holds for Corruptors, so you could still have two holds later on.
You'll really help yourself by slotting your attacks up more - they're slow to recharge, AND endurance-heavy, so one acc/three dam/1 recharge/1 end reducer wouldn't go amiss.
I really can't see any reason to be slotting up Air Sup for damage when you have such nice attacks in your primary underslotted.
A recharge or two in Transfusion wouldn't go amiss. Yes, you get Siphon Speed to speed you up, but they still make a difference. I feel it's especially important to have the kinetics heal up a lot because it's all too easy to miss the person who needs a heal, or to have the mob you're hitting with it die, cancelling the heal effect.
Siphon Speed is stackable, and you might want more recharges in it.
Consider three recharges in Transference - it's one of those powers that you can't have up too often.
You also might want to think about two accuracies in important powers that really need to hit. I know a number of kineticists who do this - if you tend to fight higher-level mobs, it can really be a pain having Transfusion, Siphon Speed, and Transference miss.
Do you really need Fly and Inertial Reduction? A lot of people are happy with Inertial Reduction alone, but it's obviously a personal preference thing, and does come fairly late for a /Kin. If you know you won't be happy with it as a travel power, do you really need it at all? If you've already got the vertical movement of Fly, I don't know how much use it would be. You could possibly take Fly so you have an early travel power, though, and then try out Inertial Reduction and respec if you're happy with just that as a travel power.
I realise I've suggested a load of things need more slots and not suggested where they might all come from... you could probably take the endred out of Siphon Power, and perhaps the ones from Ice Storm, if you need more. Also, I tend to think of slotted Health as a luxury, not a necessity - think about whether there are more useful places for those slots to be.
As was mentioned in another post, come I7, Ice/Kin will be very powerful thanks to Fulfrum Shift + Blizzard. It will also work on Ice Storm. Until I7 though, it doesn't work.

On the travel power front I've gone he Super Jump route because of the Status protection Combat Jumping and Acrobatics give you, but Kinetics offers the widest range of options for Travelling.
Siphon Speed can be used alone as a travel power, but is a pain in higher level zones than you where gaining speed draws agaro, and misses mean death, or much lower levels where mobs wont spawn for you.
Inertial reduction is a nice travel power but comes late in the game, isnt available when exemplared to a low level and doesnt give the status protection of the Leaping line. It is however only one slot (whilst Combat Jumping, Super Jump and Acrobatics takes 3).
I've seen people do pretty well with Siphon speed and Hover..which gives a pretty good fly speed and gives a kind of knockback resistance.
I have to agree with the above poster though..if you are taking another full travel power why take Innertial Reduction? You would be much better off either a) dropping Hover and Fly, or b) dropping Innertial Reduction, or c) dropping Fly and Innertial Reduction.
Infact there is only one place in the game where fly offers significant advantages over Innertial Reduction - the Shadow Shard, and you cannot get a Villain there anyway, so if you have Innertial Reduction fly seems a waste.
OK, thanks for the feedback.
Assuming I go with Ice, this is my new build plan. Hopefully I've managed to take into account most of what has been said.
Do you have any further refinements on:

Thanks.
You've left out accuracy in Siphon Speed, and still don't have many recharges in Transference. I don't have a Kineticist high enough to know for sure, but I remember being told there was no need for that many end mods in Transference. I'm sure someone else here could give you a definite answer on a good slotting for it.
I'd slot damage over recharges in Blizzard - you want it to finish things off, or you'll end up with a lot of angry mobs chasing after you.
definatyl get 2 acc in sithen speed, it';s a right pain in the [censored] when you miss and you really do notice it.
bitter freeze ray, I hear only bad things (and as such didin't take it myself). Avoid it if possible, expecially since your freeze ray recharges quite fast.
Those end mod in transference are total over kill (unless you got slots to throw around). 2 acc, 3 recharge 1 end mod is fine (I do notice it alot when I'm sitting there waiting for it to recharge even with 3 rech rec ).
Fulcrum shift you don't "need" recharge in but I wont tell you other wise here. My geuss is with 3 in there you will be able to use it twice per group or so. No recharge I find fine thoguh . Availible when you need it.
I would slot blizzard for damage htoguh (until I7).
Apart from that it all looks ok. Attacks would benefit from a recharge each thgouh I find mine too slow with a recharge and haste and sithon speed stacked :P.

Slotted that way its an incredible sapper power - you can often drain a yellow leut of all End in a single hit. It also fills an entire End Bar. Against Orange or Red it takes two hits. In my personal experience this is the perfect way to slot it. Often Bosses will regenerate End faster than you can drain it, but I would swear by this slotting and have used it atleast once to solo an Elite Boss just by keeping him almost out of End the whole time.
Having said that..for PvP you are better slotting it with a few more Recharges and less EndMod.. but this is the best PvE slotting.
My main is a lvl 40 fire/thermal and I also have a lvl 27 ice/ice. With that in mind, I would say Ice is probably the more useful primary for a corruptor.
I have a 40 ice/kin and as people have rightly pointed out bitter freeze ray is no good its strong but slow to pull off making it useless.
1 hold enh is good enough for freeze ray it lasts a while i put 2 recharges on this as its very handy and if you have sihpon speed sloted with 3 recharges it comes back before the first shot wears off
Blizzard needs damage enh or you will be the main target and your very easy to kill
I slotted my FS with 3 recharges this with hasten and sihpon speed can sometimes get 3 shots off with FS although the 3rd one wears off pretty quick still nice
Cant wait fro I7 so FS affects my blizzard dangerous
I like my cor hes great in a team and good at solo except for elite boss's he just cant seem to do enough damage on his own before getting face planted
Since you've got Fly as a travel I'd slot the two Siphons (power and speed) with just pure -recharges to stack em as much as possible. It doesn't matter if they miss occasionally. Oh and Haste + Kinetics is very nasty but very End intensive.
I'd really like a kinetics character and I'm also thinking of making a controller or defender with this set too.
I'm not really sure which to go for as a primary, fire or ice. I like the holds and slows from ice, but I think fire may have higher damage overall. I'm a little worried about the aggro I might get from fire AoE's though, especially with my heal not being PBAoE based. However with Ice I'm concerned with becoming a poor Dominator if I focus on holds and slows instead of damage.
What do you guys think? Any key points I should consider that I haven't with these sets?
Here are my planned builds for both options, please let me know what you think.

As far as the travel skills go, I picked fly as I don't want to have the problem of moving vertically. After I get Inertial Reduction I can possibly respec into a new travel power or out of a travel power all together.
The same goes for the fitness pool, until I can get Transference I think I'll need stamina, afterwards I'll see how it goes and maybe respec out of stamina.
So what do you think?
Thanks for any feedback.
