Lode, I have a dam/range which I'd like to swap for your Tohit/Defence buff + recharge.
Dam/ Range are no good to me. Im a scrapper. Which is why I swapped two of them I had for ages. But if we can organise a chain swap where I give you one of my HOs and you give your dam/ range to someone who passes on thrie HO until it comes full circle to me and I get a HO Im after. Complicated but would work.
Also Im out of game until that new PSU is installed and I have done my full OP reinstall once again. Sometime in mid week I should think.
I have a Cytoskeleton Exposure (tohit/def buff and end redux) going spare, if someone would like to make me an offer (of another HO, sorry, got all the Inf I can eat).

If you're still wanting to trade that heal/end redux, i've got a res/end that i'd willingly trade. Its in a power atm, but I'm planning on respecing soon, anyways...
Talking of respecing, when i do i will also free up 2 +ToHit, +Defence DeBuff, -End cost HOs, plus i have a damage/mez i haven't assigned yet. I'd love to swap for heal/recharge or heal/end reduc, if possible.

Sorry, but its long gone, I traded the HO from last raid as well already. :/
