I've noticed the same problem on XP aswell, very annoying. Tried updating drivers, rebooting, changing graphics settings all to no avail.

Nvidia 8800GT if that makes any difference running at 1920x1080.

I'll move both toons into position in the Hive beforehand so I can switch easily if the need arises or we get a late surge of Empaths.

I can fill the Dark Defender spot if you like with Chisel although I'll need to be filled in on the details

Edit: Alternatively I have the Emp/Psi who has recall friend if you'd prefer that.

Why a waste? It has the same base -Tohit as Darkest Night. Going from (rather poor) memory I have FS slotted with 4 or 5 GoTA set and 1 or 2 Lysosome Exposure. I think I have Twilight Grasp slotted with 2 Lysosomes instead of accuracy IOs too. As well as being a heal, TG does -ToHit, -Dmg and -regen and the debuffs stack. It's a real AV killer

I'd say a waste because like the others have said you'll see much more benefit from keeping the entire mob perma feared, which will be a lot easier with longer duration fear. That and the 50-60% you get without adding any extra -tohit other than in DN and Fluffy will be more than enough for any mob or AV/GM unless you plan on tanking, and even then on my D3 unless I get held/stunned/etc. I can still stand toe to toe with most of them without too much trouble.

Just remember that it's the footy match and people are dropping round to watch so I might be able to make some of the battle, but I don't think I'd be able to bring my robot along sorry.

I'd stick with -tohit in DN and Fluffy and not worry about it elsewhere. Aside from Nemesis I've never had problems with any other mob outdoing the debuff, including most AVs and GMs unless you plan on tanking them yourself =D

Fearsome stare also works wonderfully with the Glimpse of the Abyss set, and I think slotting -tohit there would be a waste.

I have had this mission ready on my Defender for a while in anticipation of such an event, so if I can be there I will =D

I don't like this idea, showing the full details could be bad for the reasons stated above. However some condensing wouldn't go amiss, so rather than having recovery bonus listed 10 times it would just show once and without a quantifier. That way rather than a 30 or 40 lines of bonuses you'd get something like:

Resistance Bonus
Recovery Bonus
Regeneration Bonus
...

Despite being a super speeder myself I think this is a bad idea. It is already one of the most powerful and popular travel powers in my opinion, what with the PvE stealth and all, making it avoid slow powers would make it even more desirable.

It also makes perfect sense to me that if you rely on your feet for movement that if you stand in something really sticky no amount of speed is going to help you get out of it, extra strength might, but being fast and strong aren't necessarily related. Likewise if something covers the floor with caltrops you're going to take as much care as everyone else getting out of them.

Sign me up with Chisel (50 Dark/Dark Defender). I think I may have PvE stealth at level 14 from combined SS and Shadow Fall, but wont have recall friend. However I can try and pick up the group recall temp if required.

Should be able to count me in. Thursday I'll probably be late, or at least afkish for the first half hour to an hour while I sort dinner, etc. as I only get in at 7.

Saturday not sure yet as I'll be doing the group thing in the morning, and depends if I have the time free after, would probably bring the warshade this time if I can do it.

Cap, I had a look at the host of the GoEH website you have and they use Perl as a scripting language, which I don't know much of, so couldn't do anything fancy with the site, and I dunno about forums, but if you want me to have a look at fiddling with the HTML I can have a go, although it looks pretty good already.

If you want a forum I can pop one up on my webspace which you can link to from the site, although it does go down occasionally when I'm testing stuff on it.

Cool, I'll bring along Nurofem then unless we get a couple more healers in which case I'd rather bring Bliss along as she's not got much inf and Chisel is still suffering from an IO shopping spree so can't give her any handouts.

How long is Synapse again, I fancy some TF action, but can't commit too much time (need an early night). Don't have any toons in range so you can either have my warshade or empath. I know which I'd choose!

That was my first thought, but since I can't log into my PlayNC master account through the web either I fear it is something worse

Saturday is looking a little doubtful at the moment, I tried to log on last night and it seems my account has been deactivated/hacked or something because my username and password are being refused =( Talking to the support guys now to try and find out what's happened.

I shall definately be around this Saturday for SG team, also wanting to get a crack on with things, second highest toon and would like to keep it going before I fall back into the usual routine of playing only on Chisel!

Yikes, don't think I could stick that out, but if noone else wants the spot I'll try and be around for a coupla hours at the start at least. May be a few mins late cos the tube home is a nightmare =(
