I too am running a kinetics char, and I still think getting a travelpower is not necesary. Siphon Speed is almost as good as super speed, the only downside being you need to hit a target to activate it. But especially if you're taking super speed as a travelpower, you may want to consider just not getting it, and using Siphon speed to get around. Saves you an extra powerslot.

Incidentally, doing this could let you take hover. Why hover? Once you reach SO lvls, you will be nearly teleporting around the map when you stack siphon speed twice. This can literally get u killed. Hover slows you down a lot, but with double siphon speed means you still move about as fast as normal flight. This is more then fast enough to maneuver in a fight, and not so fast you'll overshoot targets.
Most importantly, hover will protect you from knockback, which is deadly from the lvl 25ish region!!!
A lot of text about just 3 powers, but I hope it helps
(and I would get Blaze earlier, thats one of your most damaging attacks, you dont wanna wait for 6 lvls!)

In my opsinion fly is a better option than fly, but then again that's all up to you.

Considering the build has super speed I'd assume hes's saying fly is better than super speed (or the other way round I geuss :P)

Ah, the thing is about Blaze... I don't need to. This isn't a start to finish character, already have him to 40

But you are right about the SS + Siphon thing... may change to flight, but then will have to get rid of a power... Stealth, as it won't nvis me anymore.

your stealth doesnt need the 2 defence buffs either, they are wasted imho and im sure you can find a better place, like another rech in fulcrum

Okidoke, will keep that in mind. BTW, I recently heard that Stealth doesn't provide any defence while fighting. Is this true? Sounds like rubbish to me.

Don't have the facts but sounds like rubbish to me as well and I'm pretty sure the power description says it does still provide you with a defence bonus.

As for the travel power debate, siphone spped may be OK for getting round but it dooes not give you the invis bonus that SS and stealth do. The SS/stealth combo for my lvl 40 Corruptor has been a godsend.

On the Transfusion and Fulcrum Shift front, you seem to have gone pretty heavy on the ACC SO's and 3 of those is probably overkill.

As mentioned, I'd take blaze a LOT earlier in the build as it's probably one of the more powerful attacks in the set and I'd take that ahead of fire breath. they have a similar range but the damage on blaze is a lot higher. Fire breath may be a cone but it's not that often you'll actually get close enough to hit multiple targets without dying first.

One of my favourite combo's with the fire set is to aim, blazing bolt, then run in and hit blaze while SS/stealth is active. what this actually does is let you snipe from afar and by the time the animation has ended on snipe you can 'follow' the attack in and hit the same target before he really has a chance to attack. Against most enemies, that's pretty much a free kill.

One thing I'm not sure of though, is this a PvP or PvE build?

If it's PvP, ignore my comments on the ACC's as every power should really have 2 in for PvP. If it's PvE, I wouldn't leave home without 6 slotted Inferno on my lvl 40.

No, listen. It doesn't matter what order as long as they're slotted. I already have this person to 40, I'm not playing him from lvl 1 upwards.
