Sg wise I suggest you take a peek at Hounourable United. Great bunch of players, with a lot of 50's to help you along. Talk to Captain Cathode or Sally Storm for more details.
Server wise, Its a great server. Probably the best for leveling up and good teams etc. But be warned I have pretty much left Defiant to try out some roleplay, as we all know the sad side of 50 is thats there is little to do.
Gimme a shout if your struggling for Inf' what not and the like.

Hello, Wamdue! Wellcome to Definat. I've got loads of lowish level toons if you're having trouble finding teams at any point, so if i'm on just gimme a tell. I'm about to edit my sig to include my global handle (@Willow R). You may find i'm afk at times, in which case i'll probably be hugging a Sapper, or healing someone.
As for SG's...well, mine used to be great but there's now really only 3 or 4 of us who are on regularly. You could have a look at Foxbase Beta (they might be on to Foxbase Gamma by now, not sure). The Foxbases are a *huge* SG (alpha, beta and omega (for 50s) ), and generally really fun to team with. Z-Team are good and friendly, too, with some damn good players in them. talk to Blast_Master (on here) if you're interested in the Z-Team. don't think theres any foxes on the boards, though.
Anyways! good luck and i hope to see you fighting evil at some point.

I've created a char on Defiant for the first time and am waving a hearty Hello! to you all.
Wamdue - Grav/FF Controller
