Seems easy enough... Mercy > Port Oakes > Pocket D > St Martial.
Hold it reasonably close to Pocket D in St Martial and you have a winner!

not mercy or port oaks, hasnt got any huge things like atlas does, cap has the huge atom
I'm all for it. I'm trusting on you guys to pick a spot, of course it would be best to pick a spot that's accessible to lower levels (so many villains can join), as well as one that is a special landmark.
How about the Arachnos building in Marconeville?
Photos? Pah! Photos are for heroes - the only time my villains are enjoying themself is when someone is getting hurt!

1 hour a 30 mins from when this is posted is when we all meet at Virgil Tarikoss in Cap Au for the big pic , will remind people on Global and Arena also
Jeez! You villains are useless :P how we ever meant to beat those heroes, if you can't even stand in a spot for a photo -_-. guessing people where with Mongoose on Caleb Raid. Will have to do it another time so startgiving me suggestion on when you are free... or does no-one like me for some strange reason ? :P

we had 8 people, and 4 people that are doing missions and will come out and help when we spawn him, i was declined quite alot cause of the photo
we spawned and defeated him! 
Maybe we sould have a huge villain photo taken someone just for the hell of it
