Due to a small temporal anomoly in the printroom, this weeks issue of the Paragon Standard is now in newsstands. We appologise for the delay.

((The print archive can be found here . We are now taking submissions for issue 4, the deadline is saturday to inform me of the outline of your piece, and sunday at 10pm for the finished article. Outlines should consist of a vague subject and estimated length in paragraphs, and both outlines and articles should be submitted to ggnewspaper@yahoo.co.uk. Questions are also wanted for our agony aunt, Madame Celinda, and should be sent to the same address.))

I'm just wondering, what do we do if we want our characters to investigate any of the stories, like the warehouse fire or the 200 bodies?

Nice issue, and to answer that question Nevermore, what do you think those guys at Atlas are for. They get Vahzilok chopped and RC reads the paper. It's all in good fun.

Guys in Atlas?

And no trying to pin 200 bodies found in a sewer on Ellie either!

Take it Nevermore never heads to Atlas Park these days?

Next he'll ask what happened to Eastgate.

The imitative, organised by the teachers of the cities primary schools, is designed to give children more trips outside the classroom, an activity that has been curtailed since the war for the children’s safety.

I'm just thinking that should read 'initiative'.

Great edition, well written articles too. Pity about Supersheep. I and the rest of his legions of fans wait with baited breath for his return.

Edited for truth.

You know, one day I will get around to writing all the evil little plot articles I've been gently coming up with..

I believe that's a resounding "What you talkin' about RC?"

I'll give it a go...

Piecing to gether, I think Atlas Park is where RC's apartment was, which was bombed/burned... oh wait, there was a decent amount of stuff left, so scratch that.

"What you talkin' about RC?"

I think Eastgate was the area we know now as The Hollows.

Also, It was Kings Row not Atlas foo! Check ze Wiki.

We really need a Mr.T esqe hero...

Well, there's Afrostar. I mean, sure he's old and bald now, but back in the day he was a hero!

Indeed. Eastgate = The Hollows, Overbrook = Faultine, Baumton = Boomtown, Venice = Crey's Folly, Woodsvale = Eden and Astoria = Dark Astoria. What this has to do with the guy in Atlas and people not knowing about whoever it is and what they have to do with vazhilok I don't know.

You people drag a joke on for too long, you know that?

...

There was meant to be a joke? Okay, can you answer this question (without a sarky response, for a change)?

Which "guys in Atlas" were you talking about?

We all know that Easgate is the Hollows. We're simply not sure what you meant by your comment about people in Atlas Park.

Send an email to the main GGnewspaper address saying which story you want to investigate, which character is doing it and what you're doing and I'll forward it on to the relavent author.

What happens then is up to the author, but as a guideline if it's one of my stories you'll either have picked an active plot, you'll activate a potential plot that can then get developed, I go screaming for someone that wants to GM a ready made plot, you get a cookie (I mean, you solve it really easilly) or you find absolutely nothing.

Cool. Sounds good. I'll give it some thought.
