Actually scratch my conditions. Fight in Warburg and bring all the insps and use all the travel powers you want. I like large ranging battles. (Aerial dogfights in Sirens with my blaster always bring a smile to my face).
Best out of three bouts and the first one to run for the ship loses

Best way of moving if slowed is teleport.if its a toggle slow it gets u out of range and back in fight immediately and if necessary kills the range between 2 toons faster than any travel power.

No inspirations is insane against a controller, 3 holds is all thats needed against status protection and shes out of there. Not to mention RI, can't hit him without build up, its pwnage its NAD!

? it works both ways and whos to say I wouldnt build another troller? Nad would be stunned/held remarkably easily without insp as he already mentioned he uses strategic amounts of insp over a 10 minute period.

Afulia is not just another PFF hiding MM, shes quite adept at bouncing my troller and even good scrappers like SinghMC around with force bolt.
Out of interest I would be interested in Nads reliability at penetrating PFF, I can sometimes get a hold through with my debuffs locked but this is the exception as opposed to the rule.

lol Nad, good post, some good points raised some not so, but i would defo agree with xan, build is nothing without a good player, but with a good player builds do make a huge difference (see the stormie who didnt hurricane me til i asked them too, or the blasters who dont use holds cos i have BFs and must therefore be unholdable)
i will fight u, but on test where i am far faster, on live i find it hard to get near u even tho i can tp, on test i am just generally faster, ur damn pets are a pain, but im sure i could do something, ur healing rate sucks pretty badly iirc (u are rad). tbh i would say that the antithesis of this build is not unbuildable, just not easy to see, a blaster could be it, but would need at least 2 travel powers to cope, we shall see. I'll look u up nad

so it was fire/rad vs fire/storm
1st match: I won 2-1
2nd Match: he won 5-0
3rd Match: he won again 5-0
I felt abused in the 2nd and 3rd match 
but hey rad is better in duals, was great fun.
Oh and plight im taking over you in the ratings boards :P watch yoself.
I would go for the highest score but I cant get any fights.

Prolly won't get close WITH a travel power. SJ is awful in the arena. This is no finely tuned and lovelingly crafted PvP build. This is pure PvE and as such I expect to lose.
As the man said, he's got THREE travel powers - that's a PvP build if ever there was one.
I'm just curious to see how it happens. Whilst the slowing usually prevents me from hitting trollers I've yet to see one put out enough damage to bring me down. Not saying it can't happen just that so far it never has.
