Well, i have an SS/DA Brute and Knockout Blow i *believe* can toggle drop. However, my main evidence for this is that if you hit a Nova form PB with KO blow he'll revert to human, but i think it's just because KO blow is a stun or a disorient.

I dont think any brute powers are toogle droppers exept brawl which has a 33% chance to drop a toogle.
though stun and holds can do it if the target doesnt have any mez res

So Disorient and Holds drops Toggles if they hit?
Is it 100% sure that a toggle drops when they get mezzed or is it like brawl 33%

And about the Mez resistance when you get an power with mez resistance do you get totaly immune to it?
It atleast seems like that as when i got unyelding running i never get knocked down or held.

If the toggledrop-capable mez is applied to a player without mez-resistance it'll drop their toggles, yes, and the player will be mezzed. If the player has mez-resistance, it'll drop their toggles if the magnitude of the mez is high than that of the resistance - if not, the mez is "absorbed".

Don't forget the entire set full of toggle droppers that is energy melee.

Knockout blow is a hold and I believe would have that effect on a Nova form, jab is a superstrengths disorient but not of any great magnitude. You may find the energy melee set is almost entirely disorients and some of really good magnitude. It’s the magnitude of the disorients that can cause toggle drops on another. I would not put money on jab knocking the toggles of a mezz protected melee based toon.

Yup energy melee does have a good number of 'stun' attacks. These only drop toggles if the target has no mez resistance, and will only drop toggles on something say like a tank or a scrapper if you can overcome their mez protection

Stun and total focus are the two prime attacks for this, they always do a stun portion, all the other attacks have a chance to do stun so its not guarenteed. You can break through sometimes on a tank or a scrapper, but you usually have to have a couple of attempts at it from my experience as its not 100% reliable. Usually it will take at least 3 stun attacks to be going at once to do the job, so as mentioned stun, total focus then hope for a lucky stun hit from one of your other attacks.

And a low chance of happening.

Obviously never seen an EM in PvP then, Energy Punch and Bone smasher both have a 100% chance to drop at least one toggle, iirc.

Hand Clap I think is the only power in the Super Strength set, but I'm not sure if it's really worth it...if it had damage....then WOW

While it might disorient, it's not a toggledropper like Brawl and so forth.

Doesn't Stone Melee have a nice hold? (though noting not a toggle dropper like brawl but will drop if no mez protection)

"Well, they found my diary today.
They were appropriately appalled
at the discovery of the eight victims
They're now putting it all together.
Women wrapped in silk
with one leg missing
Eight legs, one body, silk,
spider, brilliant!"

Does Brawl drop toggles only when it is performed by a Brute, or by any class?
