After 9 shouldn't be a problem. I am always of the opinion that if you want an invite you won't get it but if you want to be left alone everyone wants to invite you.
A good tactic if you want a team, maybe rather than having to go to the trouble of starting your own, is to see who's around your lvl but is already teamed and ask them can you have an invite. It's a bit pot luck but sometimes it works.
You will of course find that generally the servers in europe aren't as full as in the US, the only time I have seen union and defiant on medium load was in the first week of CoV.

But yeah i try the idea of random tells, shudder to think about teaming for a SF
It's tough on CoH in the last few weeks since lots of people are off being villainous at the mo.
However if you use the lft flag plus a couple of Broadcasts you should get invited pretty quickly usually.
Atlas, Hollows, Steel Canyon and Talos tend to be busier than their same level counterparts so broadcasts there usually work better.
Generally I don't start until 10ish so its not the time thats a problem.

Said before and i'll say it again, there's really little justification for two english language servers if the EU. Also be glad your not French or German, i dread to think how empty those servers are.

First of all hello all, I just started replaying this MMO after a few months off, but since NCsoft gave me a free transfer to the homeland thought i might aswell fork out for COV, however there seems to be very empty feel about the game over here, in the US you would be invited to team every 10 mins where here i have yet to be invited to any team on COH, and very few on COV. so am i playing at the wrong times (after 9pm due to work) or is it just the funny pants i have on?
