I'd still take SJ over Superspeed for getting around most zones. Doesn't SJ work at the same speed as SS?
SS is faster, but SJ is pretty fast itself. The thing I don't like about tp is that it is too inaccurate

true, id take SJ over SS, SS just gets me all wound up, I HATE YOU STRIGA!!! 3 mins to get to a mish 500 yards from me 
Problem with SS is you get either Combat Jumping or Jump kick to go with it, and with SS you get Hasten which is a godly power.
And back to TP - you have to slot it to make it faster than SS. Slots can always be put in better places.

Nobody needs hasten. I played my controller up to level 43 without it, and I only got it in for PvP because I can stack holds on tanks and scrappers faster that way.

Er how would that work? thunderclap is a disorient? and wormhole is also a disorient but moves a mob to a different location? That combo seems daft imo. If your going to couple thunderclap with a power make it the group immobilize.
Oh and as a panic button wouldn't dimension shift from the gravity primary work better?

Surely just finitely better? 1million times better is a finite number after all and I cant see the improvment being over that.

What are the figures for end recharge with a 3 slotted stamina? Seems to work for me as end runs out a lot without it.

Actually he is agreeing with you here. It is not needed, but it helps a lot. After all you survived till level 20 without it.
That is why they try to steer people away from it. You can just gobble down blues every 30 secs instead or wait for a minute between fights. I was happy that was over and they introduced I6. With the end-reduction on powers and 3 slotted Stamina you are supposed to lose only 8% recovery. I still feel that.

Well since you asked.... 
As a Ill/FF controller I find most of my secondary useless. I have had all the powers at some point but currently just have PFF and the 3 core bubbles. The rest aren't worth bothering with for PvE.
