The system they were going to use had too many problems with creating a ton of lag on the system though, and the project was abandoned or at least put on the very back burner. That button does nothing at the moment.

City Vault, a proposed feature that ran into technical snags and is now shelved/on the back burner. They kind of jumped the gun on adding options for it to the game.

Code "leaks" are nothing new. I'd say they jumped the gun with all the "COMING SOON!" I was lead to believe, perhaps erroneously, that this project was almost very nearly and completely finished. Call it my dubious fantasy, but I'm imagining a Dodge Viper with three wheels on it. And I could at least pretend to do 75 in that.

The web guys got their part done, the interface guys got their part done, and then the programming guys got their part done and found out that it would break the servers, so it was shelved. The web/interface stuff is shiny, though.

Actually, as I recall, those options have always been there.
They just never did anything (and will continue to do so, quite well).
