Im fairly certain if people were confusing and attacking you, when it was meant for somene else, youd want to clear things up as well. Perhaps im wrong.
The leader of the TOS has no issue being known as an [censored].. as for myself and my sg, i dont wish to have that reputation and wanted to clairify it.
Since its now happend on more than a few occasions, i took this venue as an opportunity to clear up any confusion so hopefully it doesnt happen again.

I've known Si for years and I just can't see her doing that (though the apology comment certainly lends itself to a knowledge of the situation).
I am FAR more apt to take her reply directly at face value:
She "didn't think it was called for" and "felt like venting".
Was the tone called for? Prolly not.
But really --> let's not make a thing out it --> from what I can tell both of the people involved are usually very nice people.

I am quite certain that Si's point to her post was that a thread like this calls attention to someones issue with, not her group, but it is pointing out an issue with the other group.
There is a very easy remedy for this...howsabout you add a password to your vent, or change it if there is one? I don't think you'd want someone who would do that on your vent even when they weren't mad at you(even mistakenly) because they sound like a [censored].
Oh, and as the black man who was friends with the racist redneck and decided to take him to the booty club anyway found out...your image can be affected by the image of your acquaintances.

There has been some misunderstandings regarding my sg and the other "templar" sg's.
We are The Stoned Templars ... we are in NO WAY associated or affiliated with the following sg's
The Templars Of Steel
The Templars Of Steel Slayers
The Templars Of Steel Squires
Or any other The Templars Of Steel bla bla bla that Ive forgotten.
Not that they are a bad group, not at all. I happen to like the majority of them. The point behind this is to hopefully stop all the [censored] talking im getting regarding The Steel Templars and people making incorrect assumptions.
There are 5 of us in the SG.. 4 of which are "real life" friends. We started the sg together 10 months ago and have maintained our standing in the top 100 sg's. (Ya, we're addicts)
If you have a problem with us, deal with us. If you have an issue with the Steel Templars, take it to them.
