that and you have no idea what the dmg will be for rad blast for blasters - if they keep the same attacks etc...and like others said procs, + aim+bu+pb...
Looking at my modified version of Mids right now - if the numbers are a straight port of the Defender/Corruptor version (i.e. Neutrino Bolt keeps its fast recharge and low-ish damage), it'll be like this (note that these numbers are the bare minimum):
Neutrino Bolt: 113.3
X-Ray Beam: 168.8
Cosmic Burst: 219.6
Now, the appeal of Rad Blast, as it currently stands, is the ability to load up Neutrino Bolt with 4 damage procs (2x Nucleolus, Gladiator's Javelin proc, Apocalypse proc, Lady Grey proc, Shield Breaker proc). When all those procs fire off, the attack could theoretically do over 500 damage (and most procs aren't resisted so that's not a worry), and you could spam that every two seconds or so, factoring in activation times.

This discussion is already going in a few other places...perhaps we can consolidate them down into one....
I wanna get a discussion going about how Radiation Blast for Blasters is going to work in PvP.
According to Mids', Rad blast's base damage for it's attacks is lower than the damage for Psy and for Sonic (all unslotted). Now, of course the -Def debuffs are going to hit hard, but I just dont see how those DeBuffs are going to make that big of a difference compared to the punch Sonic and Psy can pack. You could say that a Rad/Em will benefit more from the -Def debuffs thanks to Power Boost, but can't you say the same about the -Recharge and -Resistance debuffs from Psy and Rad respectively?
I understand that in the long run your target will get hit with more attacks as time goes on, but is that really more or as efficient than just hitting them hard?
