Not sure how, as taking out a 0 still leaves 8 million which is a lot of an generic IO.

I went to the merit vendor to check my merits and clicked on enhancements to get something to pull up. Well I thought I was closing my badge window behind it, but I accidently bought a lvl 50 natural SO for 8 merits.
