There is Champion Villians already.... tho really I just use BMT for redside teaming.

Somebody mentioned that....but also said that it may be defunct.
I also use BMT....but I thought this might be a bit more singular of purpose.

All that is needed is for someone to send out mass invites to BMT to villains, like what ReD did for heroes. Problem solved.
That's the solution to populating any channel.

There champions united and or u can use /ac also.. i see some use that even though its for pvp. Or join my SG which altready active and we have a nice coalition roster.
I'm gonna create a VG called Sac Town. I feel compelled.

Funny, I was going to say the same thing about Southern California...... Except San Diego.
Northern Cali has crisp autumns, tall trees, better education systems.... oh, and fresh air that you don't SEE before you smell it!
But, I do have a special place in my heart for San Diego. I spent one of the best 4 months of my youth there. Practically an Urban Paradise. *sigh*

I saw a few posts where people were going to set up a channel for red-side teaming; but I didn't see that any were set up.
So...
I created "Champion Red" if people would like to use it. I hear a lot of folks complaining how hard it is to find a team red-side, so here's your chance to do something proactive about it.
If people end up not using it; then I'll just chuck it. No worries.
With Going Rogue coming up, I anticipate a lot more folks running red-side characters in the coming days...
