Drop Ship Raid - Sunday, July 19th at 6pm in SC

Thank you all very much for coming! It was great seeing so many faces, familiar and new. I'd also like to thank the Crimson Moon SG, Chrome Support channel staff, and Dark_Respite for recording the event. That's 10 more Drop Ships the Rikti are gonna have to fit the bill on!

Some of us attempted to destroy Drop Ships in other zones afterwards but we didn't have enough people. Regardless, that was not part of the operation for Task Force Unlimited Justice so please don't worry about it.

I was shocked that we surpassed both the Steel 70 and Justice Hundred fold raids with less people and far less time to coordinate (I was going to create specialized Blaster/SB and Group Fly-oriented teams) but the ships came sooner than expected.

Due to popular demand, I'll be going back to the drawing board and coming up with a multi-zone Drop Ship Raid event for the next Rikti Invasion weekend. The goal will be to surpass the record held by Virtue (which I just learned about - blast you, Virtue! )

I can't wait to see Dark_Respite's completed footage. Thank you all for participating, Task Force Unlimited Justice!

I am so glad I am the demoediting geek I am.

I loaded up the demofile to play it back and got the "Fatal error - cannot play back this file". Nearly screamed. Then I opened the file, found the error, fixed it, and voila!

Now to watch it and video convert it!

Please post your screen captures if you've got them. I only managed to get a couple cause I thought we'd have more time before the Rikti showed up so was completely unprepared.

Can't wait to see the video and it was a great event indeed, second one I've been to this weekend!! I think the Rikti must be running out of ships by now!

This was great fun, I stumbled into it, just happened to log on in Steel and the Broadcast chatter drew my attention, Dropships?? you can REALLY target and kill Dropships?? been playing this game for 15 months and just now learned that... Great event, my poor old computer lagged through it and only crashed after everything was dead as we headed for Positron... Would do it again in a heart beat! But next time it's not gonna be with my meager 12th level PB. It'll be my 50th level Blaster! or maybe a 50th level PB! Still It was great fun and I'd like to thank whoever took pity on poor Star Hyperion and invited him into team #4 (I think). I LOVE Rikti Raids!
