It's been a while since I played on the villain's side, a long, loooong time. So when did they make it so you can't put endurance reduction enhancements in the hide power of stalkers? Since you already (at least in regen and willpower) loose you quick recovery power for hide in the secondary power set, this has bad news written all over it.

My stalker now sucks to much endurance and I'm going to have to respec and rearrange enhancments (loosing good ones in attacks for endurance reduction) grrrrrrrrrr

This change to not use endurance and not take Endurance enhancements (unless part of a defensive Invention set) was made a long time ago.

Yeah, if anything you're using less endurance now than you ever were before.

Well, it had been a while, and I noticed I had endurance reduction enhancments in place but it wouldn't take them, maybe my stalker won't suck (endurance) so much after all

Stalkers rock now. They have a base crit chance out of hide, higher damage modifier now, better defenses, and more health. While health/defense/damage modifiers are still a bit below scrappers, their AS abilities more than make up for the difference.

Stalkers rock now. They have a base crit chance out of hide, higher damage modifier now, better defenses, and more health. While health/defense/damage modifiers are still a bit below scrappers, their AS abilities more than make up for the difference.

[/ QUOTE ]They also: Got their base hit points raised (but not the cap), Assassin's Strike Assassination (i.e. when hidden, not just the random chance) when it doesn't kill the target, does an AoE UNresistable -tohit debuff (meaning a level 1 hitting a level 54 AV with 100% tohit debuff resistance will hit it for the full amount) with a decent chance for a high-mag AoE fear (enough to get bosses). There's also smaller scale changes like Moment of Glory's unsuckification (it's now full of win)

Stalkers are now a full fledged AT, instead of a crappy rip-off of Scrappers with the concealment pool. (oh, and don't forget the Patron revamp!)

Solo, Scrapper damage looks like 118.125% vs a Stalker's 110% for base damage and crit rates.

In a team, a Stalker's damage can go up to 131% with crits, and still has the guaranteed crits in hide. The best a Scrapper sees is 123.75% against lieutenants or higher with the occasional 129.375% for tier 9s.
