I actually accomplished something similar on my last arcane base. I have 6 porters arranged in a circle and wanted to attach the beacons to the front of them. I accomplished this using wall torches, cubicles and tons of trial and error.

The white wall cone lights can be used for placing any wall detail at an angle IIRC; can be tricky finding the pivot point though.

The "Wall Light" items can do this as well, both the big and the small versions.

the fastest way to get that look is to place a cubicle at the hight you want then place any wall light, i have found that wall torches work the best for anything you want angled. place the item, flags, pictures so on. this has been a big thing people want to learn i may try it in a build class very soon.

yes Stacker please add to the list of things to do in your class.

OK, that is damn cool. How many wall cabinets is that?

140-ish.

In hindsight I should have used a floor tile to build each entire level of cabinets, instead of building each side up separately.

Oh well.

This is awesome, and I can think of quite a few rooms that might be getting new looks in the near future thanks to this.

That said, has anyone found a way to put regular items (as in, not wall items) at angles?

How long did that take you? I'm wanting to do something somewhat similar, sadly I think my circle is going to be wider >.> Any chance you could give a couple pointers?

Took me a couple of hours. Once I figured out how to consistently get the right angle, it was just a matter of shifting the wall torch up to the next level using a floor safe and a cubicle.

The wall lights have a wider variety of angles they can offer, but are closer to the wall surface and so sometimes are harder to position stuff.
