how are you slotting dwarf mire now?

With the new 20 second rcharge, that thing's up a lot, and therefore sucks down a lot of end. Obliteration looks like a nice set, but the endred from it is pretty crappy. Anyone have any slotting schemes they're happy with? I don't want to spend all the time/inf collecting the set to find the end costs are too high.

I just slotted mine yesterday with SO's for the first time on this new TriFormShade™ I made on Triumph. His Sunless Mire is slotted with 1xAcc;2xEndRdx;2xRecharge; and Black Dwarf Mire is slotted with 1xAcc;2xEndRdx;2xDamage;

EDIT :: When I'll be ready to slot IO's in, I'll probably frankenslot the Mires first, and then settle on specific IO-sets, probably those that will allow me the most recharge without being too expensive.

I believe that a Kheldian Gold Standard should be based on SO's, and for anything above that... there's Platinum!

When I first slotted it after the change, I went with 1acc, 3dmg, 2rech. When I followed up with IOs, I maxed out the damage and recharge, with some End Red.

Now, I'm working on slotting a full compliment of Purples in it, for maxed Damage, Recharge, some healthy End Red, Accuracy, and a chance to deal an extra 100 Damage.

With purples, at level 50, you can expect to do about 200 damage + 33% chance for 100 Fire every 10-ish seconds. Every 6 seconds with some Recharge. And that's solo against 10 enemies, so not quite at the damage cap.

Obliteration's set bonuses are okay but I prefer Eradication's. At 3 and 6 you get defense bonuses. If you work them in 3 times you can get nice AoE and Negative/Energy defenses going.

Level 20: Black Dwarf Mire -- Erad-Acc/Dmg/Rchg: 25 (A), Erad-Acc/Dmg/EndRdx/Rchg: 25 (19)

[u]Eradication[u]
(Black Dwarf Mire)<ul type="square">[*] 1.8% Max End[/list]

Only had room in my build for 2 slots on Mire, but these do quite well for such a minimal investment. With all the other global recharge bonuses in my build, the recharge on Dwarf Mire is only 10.3 seconds ... and the endurance cost is 13.7 ... which is not bad. And the set bonus buff to max END operates in all forms, not just in Dwarf form.

Makes for a very nice compromise (and yes, I know this *is* a compromise slotting).

It's the end. But the moment has been prepared for ...

I probably would have gone with the Dmg/Rech instead of the Acc/Dmg/Rech, because of the +20% Acc in Dwarf's Mire, but really, there's nothing wrong at all with the slotting you picked for it. If I only had two slots for it, I'd absolutely pick that set too.

This is what I went with for mine. The set bonuses are nothing to write home about, but for a very important, staple power such as Dwarf Mire I'm more concerned with slotting % than set bonuses. Plus this was dirt cheap. This slotting gives me 43% Acc, 96% Dmg, 62% End Redux, 89% Rech using level 40 IO's.

Haven't changed my slotting since just before I13 - it's still two level 50 recharge IOs (the change to Mire hadn't been mentioned as anything more than "I'm looking at Dwarf Mire but probably won't do anything with it yet" when I did my current build).
