Oh how I wish there was....
Anyway, I use the cell phone and the newspaper emotes a lot. The various emotion emotes are good too.
We NEED /e facepalm. And the new forums need an emote for it too.
Oh, and the new /e alakazamreact is pretty fun.
If you have the magic booster, /e jugglemagic and /e cardtrick are neat.
The upcoming science booster has a couple of neat emotes too.
