Enhancing Stamina - why two numbers?

After implementing all of the enhancement info, they had some letters left over. The decided to use some of them up by adding in this extra line. This pays off in the long run -- you know how large organization funding goes, if you don't use up your letters this year, you won't get funded as many next year. So when they have new stories and new details and new powers whose sentences run all the way to the period, and don't run out of letters, you can thank them for this quirky little detail.
(TL;DR version: dunno.)

[/ QUOTE ]Endurance Modification enhancements are enhancing two aspects of the power: +/- Endurance (eg: Electric Blast endurance drain), and +/- Recovery (eg: Stamina). Stamina is only affected by the +/- Recovery, but the enhancement still has +/- Endurance. The enhancement screen just doesn't always (ever?) filter out things that don't actually have any effect.

Why /duel is a bad idea
If you want to see the exact numbers on what stamina is doing, go to Combat Attributes from the powers tab and look at base and it will let you know how much recovery stamina is giving you.

Back in the old days we had endurance recovery and drain as separate enhancements. I wonder if the combined enhancements is the cause of the two lines.

When I enhance the Stamina power with Endurance Modification enhancements, I see two lines, as though two aspects of the power are being enhanced. Does anybody know why this is? Specifically, it looks like:

In other powers, typically two lines like this would mean that there are two aspects of the power being enhanced (e.g. the normal hold aspect of blind will show up on one line, and the 20% chance of getting hold will show up on the next). But the only thing I can see that stamina is doing (from the description, from the combat attributes window, and from Red Tomax's guide) is increasing the recovery rate.
