Can no longer login to forum on iPhone

Since i got my iPhone, I've been posting to the forums from it a lot whilst im on breaks in work etc.

yesterday, Safari sort of froze, so I cleared the history, cache etc.

Now I login to the forums as i used to and after entering my username and password and even accepting 'remember me each visit', when I hit 'login' it take me to my home page but still says 'you are not logged in' at the top. If i go to any page on the forums it's the same - I'm not logged in.

Before yesterday, I'd stay logged in forever. I never had to re-enter my password unless I actively logged out first for some reason.

Obviously, this is pissing me off no end.

Anyone have any ideas?

Clear cookies -- anything with 'cityofheroes' 'coh' 'cov' 'cityofvillains' and try again.

Cookies would be my guess also. To keep you logged in, the forums have to access a cookie on your computer (phone). Make sure your browser is set to allow cookies from this site and start from scratch on the login.

I just logged on with my Touch just to see if it was a possible issue with the new software, but I was able to load up the forums and log in fine. Did you notice the issue suddenly start when you installed the 3.0 software that came out yesterday, if you did install it? I also agree, try clearing out cookies from safari.

If that doesn't work, see if you have issues logging in to other sites, or if it's just city of heroes. If you have trouble logging in in general, you may want to contact Apple.

Or maybe the devs have been messing around with the forums in preparation for the new ones we might get at some point in our lives and it messed up the iPhone? There are many things it could be =P

I'd agree with the cookies. I find on my pocket pc it helps to flush them every now and then
