You don't have to anounce what your bringing and yes you can change your at's at the last minute as long as ther are no duplicating at's.
Can we bring 3 warshades?
No that would be duplicating at's. You can bring a WS and a PB though.
what about a night widow and a fortunata? are they considered repeating the same AT?

Similarly, Banes and Crabs are two different paths of the AT Arachnos Soldiers.

yeah it was a good question, but both are considered the same AT.
Now like earlier stated having a thermal corruptor and a thermal controller would be fine considering they are both different AT's.
