Team makeup as in playing the same toon all the season??
if this is your question then no your not locked on the same toon or team makeup. the reason for using globals is that you can use all your toons you have in your arsenal. The only thing is you cant have repeating AT's.

I see Pinnacle's league is has a set start date. Is the plan for the Justice league still to wait until I15 goes live so we have the "no heal decay" option?

Well i would like to have at least another week of Sign Ups.
But if yall dont want to wait for the No Heal Decay Button we can start with just DR ON and TS OFF.
This league is for yall and i dont know how long i15 is gonna take. I was trying to wait on No HD so healers would be viable. But with the no reapeating AT rule DR On and TS OFF wouldnt be so bad. I was thining i15 would hit sometime the middle of this month with how long its been in beta and seeing how its not a "big" issue.

Yeah, the reason I'm asking about the waiting is because I noticed the "discussion" in Pinnacle's 3v3 thread about heal decay. I would rather not switch rules in the middle of the tournament, but at the same time I'd rather not play with heal decay. However, I'm just one person and really it should be decided by the participants as a whole.

yes i saw that discussion, but as someone who has played DR ON TS OFF and HD OFF, i really feel that these are the best options.
Im anxious to start to, but would love to wait for this option to hit live. Also i would like to hear other participants thoughts.
