Iam a noob where and how do i get wings for my guy

How,Where,and at what level can i get wings for my player i have no idea.

You can
a) Wait 15 months for vet reward wings
b) Buy the valkyrie pack
c) Get the invention costume part from a drop or buy it from wentworths/black market. Then you have to craft it. (easy done)

All are different types of wings.

PS level doesnt matter. You could get wings from any of above methods at any level (I think, inventing _may_ require level 5).

Probably worth noting that wings dont equal the flight power.

I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.

Wings can be crafted from recipes at level 1. I've done it before, same with the craftable boots.

Note that wings do not give you any sort of flight ability, and the Flight power does not give you wings (Red Bull, on the other hand...). Wings are a purely cosmetic accessory that have no effect on your in-game performance, just like every other costume piece.

They do have a special animation when using a Flight or Hover power (that looks very cool) but that doesn't affect the power at all.

[/ QUOTE ]Yep. They made it so level 1s could hold however much salvage they now do so that could happen (originally, they couldn't craft them because they couldn't hold the salvage.

If you can't find or afford the recipe and salvage, someone might be willing to hook you up with them or some Inf to buy them. If you post your server and time, someone here might even be happy to. I don't think wing recipes are generally expensive nowadays, but it depends on the wings.

One other quick point - if you invent them, they are only good for THAT CHARACTER and if you want them on your next character, you will have to invent them again on that character.

The other methods (be a 15-month vet or purchase the Valkyrie pack/Mac edition) will alllow you to build all your characters with those wings.

D'oh, I should've thought of this, too. If you're on Virtue, I will personally hook you up with any of the invention wings you want.
