Hm, neither of my arcs are particularly suited for the silent movie style but it still might be interesting to see what your take on them is. They're both in my signature. Blitzkrieg is a 45-50 hero arc starring Malta while Soldiers of Fortune is a 30-35 villain arc starring the Sky Raiders and a custom group I created.
It should be interesting to see the silent movie version of these arcs, heh.
EDIT: I will say that Blitzkrieg has the superior story, though, if that means anything.
EDIT2: However, Soldiers of Fortune is probably more interesting to play, so take that how you will.

Anyway, yes, I reduced the mastermind count a lot - only bosses should ever be masterminds now.

Oh man, I hope you do a run through of Rise of the Drakule or Return of the Revenge of the Son of Drakule Part 2: First Blood as a silent movie. As pseudo parodies of B Horror movies, I'd love to see them as silent horror movies a la Nosferatu.
If you do run through those, however, make sure to bring something that can solo Elite Bosses.

I'll try and get around to it... somehow I think the last mission would be the final boss music from Final Fantasy XI though, it just seems appropriate.
Okay, I'm gonna edit this post in a minute and make a Queue, thinking about this idea I think the review will actually be seperate from the movie... it'll be a playbill or movie review, and I reserve the right to add dailog to make the story make sense for my character this won't be anything major just a few lines to sorta set the tone.

Yes its bad. Leni Rifenstahl's documentery is still studied for its skill and technical ability to produce propaganda. No one admires it for its content.
And that's why I still find "Axis and Allies" disturbing and disquieting. It is unrelenting and sytematic in presenting a total Nazi victory, while making the player a participant.
Novels, comics, some film and TV, have used a Nazi victory as setting or background for their stories. But the victory is never total. It never should be.
Each of your missions grinds an Ally under its bootheel, till the USA falls too. Then it ends... stops short.
I wonder if there's a relevant trope here. If not I'll coin it: The Nazis must never win, period. To not understand this is to not comprehend the true evil Nazis represented.

just an update to let everyone know this is still in the works... I've been very side tracked and not able to play much of late. Hoping to sit down and capture stuff this weekend.
I liked the idea, that another member had for video reviews and would like to try my hand at it...
But I don't like talking on a mic, so here's the deal... I'll make your arc into a silent movie! I'll edit it with text cards sharing my reactions as I go through it... I'll even add film grain, and do portions in black and white if you want (obviously I'll want to show custom baddies in color...).
I love video editing and can use the practice, I will make your arc look good... and give you an honest review.
