is reforming a mostly PVP oriented Villain group on Victory. As of this morning I have added City of Villains to the Clan website and am officially rebuilding a warmer, more PVE friendlier group here on Victory. A lot of our old rules have eased to fit this type of game.

Keep in mind, most of our guild is still on other games, I'll be building here from scratch. This will be a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor with an essentially new group here on Victroy. Since we are a multi game guild, you'll be free to join us in other games as well.

I remember Victory's old BLC...they were humorous.

WB. I hope to see some more PvP, it seems to be lacking these days compared to '05.

It's way down near the bottom of the page. And 1-star is generally worse, because no stars means it hasn't been rated at all, and one-star means it's been rated negatively. If anyone actually cares about star ratings.

That was fun times. I recall once on my blaster entering the zone, pausing to reply to a tell during the countdown, then jogging up to the contact for a mission. By the time I clicked to open the contact, I was TP'd to a spot and instantly faceplanted by massive attacks. I was like "whoa..."

Well if we can rebuild, its an almost surety the PVP zones will come alive again, if only to kill my people. It's going to be an almost impossible task however, since Victory is an old population and well entrenched in their groups with little new blood.
