Their site may be offline today? I thought I saw something about it but I thought that was like Wednesday or something.
What you need to do though, is make sure that if you are just WAITING on the page, don't click pay more than once! And make sure that wherever your payment is coming from, you keep tabs on it too - that way you'll know if there was a multiple billing error and can get that fixed.
