hey guys i was wondering if anyone can help me with my problem?
I have tried to purchase the City of Heroes: Architect Edition from the NC Store and whenever i fill in my billing info and say purchase and all it takes me back to the NC site and says error i must try again later or tomorrow and i was wondering how long this is gonna go on for? is it temporary or it it a regular thing?

I have downloaded CoH and made a trial account, now all i want to do is pay monthly to play the game properly now but is there some way to get or pay for a serial code without buying the box from a store because no stores in my country sell CoH?
