Since the only way to earn it is to run a Katie Hannon TF and that does NOT exist COV side .. I'd say the answer is no. Realistically though I don't think you are missing much. I have earned that hat on numerous characters and not one wears it. My reason .. I don't like being BALD! If the dang thing had hair I MIGHT actually consider it but the only witches hat the sports hair is the one you get if you buy the Magic Pack. Now maybe the guys playing female characters don;t care but I am not shaving my head just so I can wear a pointy hat. lol

Of course, you can get a witch hat for chickies using the magic pack AND it has hair .... so why would you want the KHTF hat now (unless you're wanting it for a dude, i guess)?

the main reason why I ask is because I recently got my fire/psi dominator to level 50 and I was wanting for my fire/kin and fire/psi to have similar costumes...
I really like the hat, actually. It's good for creepy-ish costumes...
I guess I'll try to make it work with the magic pack hat...
Wait until the Going Rogue Expansion comes out. Then you should be able to get that hat from the KHTF.

Ah, kool. The badge [self censored] will be happy to hear that, assuming you can collect the other side's badges. That's not in the FAQ.
