california looked good, but I tend to play after 9 (after daughter goes to bed).
SG's are a problem. Large SG's either function like PuG's or there's a small group that plays together and the others are there just for filler. Small SG's are generally more social and inclusive - but often no one is on.
I'm on the east coast but wanted to let you know there are many SGs that offer exactly what you want.
If you play on freedom, we have a medium sized SG that is always looking for new members that are willing to join. There is a 30 day recruitment period, but during that time you still team with everyone and use our global chat. Fill out an application and make a post at www.doomheroes.com

I highly recommend global channels. My main global channel has teams forming all the time, and even when we all feel like soloing, there's great conversation.
...I forgot what experience means.
I generally play around 7ish-8ish Central time, which seems quite compatible with your play time.
Which server are you on? Mine is mostly Pinnacle.

That being said, my times mesh with yours, and I'm on every server...so send me a /tell, or a global invite at /BadStorm and lets go whup some butt!
I play east coast between those times (it'd be 6:30-10:30 EST) and I'm always looking to team. My SG has a moderate amount of people who are always willing to team together. That aside, I'd love to play with someone who is like-minded and I tend to be pretty easy going and tactic oriented. I play on Justice and Virtue, and have one character on Victory. Look me up @CobeSlice as I'm not opposed to making a new character and starting from the ground up with you!
I don't know about you guys, but I am tired of logging in and trying to solo my level 40-somethings *or 1-somethings* for that matter. I have yet to find a supergroup that truly does "inlclude" all their members so what I'm looking for is someone like myself. I like to get on a few hours every day or two an just plow through missions and kick some bu%%.
Getting to know the person*s* I would be playing with would be nice as well as playing in regionally same area. I'm a teacher from the Southern California and I'm 32 years old. I just would prefer playing with a consistent person or group of people. I don't play every single day as real life happens and I expect the same from the other"s". I just think it would be great to have some friends to put on the "friend" list that we can always go to first.
My normal playing times are PST afternoons 3:30-7ish and weekends sporadically. Let me know if this interests you.
