You and I both know that [BlueSteel.I Win] Is a passive power. Blue Steel doesn't have to click anything if he wants to win. It just happens.
Behind his shield, Blue Steel has another shield. No one has yet managed to see what is behind that shield, however, as most people tend to be defeated by the first and only glimpse the second before they pass out or expire.
Blue Steel does not have or use and 'I Win' buton.
He has the 'You Lose' power as an inherent, however.

Blue Steel wanted to become a priest but the name Blue Cross was already taken.
Blue Steel's evil Praetorian counterpart, Rusty Red Razor, will lead the Coming Storm.
Blue Steel is actually locked away in the Betty Ford clinic to overcome his donut addiction. The character in King's Row is a Nemesis automaton.
For Blue Steel's most famous "actual" encounter, see my arc, "The Sad Story of the Clockwork King", in which Blue Steel is directly responsible for the creation of the King. It's based on in-game canon.
Besides that, there really isn't a whole lot. There's some plaques that give a few brief descriptions of encounters with folks like Tub Ci (Tsoo leader) but besides that, he's pretty much just there.
In the CoHverse, Blue Steel *is* Chuck Norris. Check out his movie 'Good Guys wear Blue'.
I was looking for a compilation of "facts" regarding Blue Steel and his exploits and couldn't find one anywhere in the forums. So I made this one. Please add any Blue Steel facts you have (and the author if you know it).
