Judicial System
Well, considering that only the villains are able to be injured in that manner and upstanding citizens *cannot be hurt* (outside of being placed into a body bag, which kills them immediately...) I think that would work just fine

A necessary game mechanic for this Suggestion would be that each 'properly adjudicated and convicted felon' would be removed from the game for a proscribed period of time. Thus visibly making the 'streets safer'.
Of course, then along comes that "Defeat 30 Family" mission... and "Hey! WTH did all the Family go? Guess I go without that costume slot til next month."
I'm really not into RP, but why do those who want to RP have to have it handed to them on a silver platter? Cant one just 'RP the Law & Order: Heroic Intent' in their heads?

I think that we should put a Judicial System in the game! Where you can if you chose to take the villain that you arrest to Court and act as a witness to the crimes that they committed! Then afterwards if their guilty or not they are either set sent to jail or set free! On top of that you could get a badge or something like that! I know this isit the best idea i the world but it would make more realistic! So plz think about it! So wut do you guys think about this idea?

penal code typically doesn't include punishment by savage beating on the street.
[/ QUOTE ]I know it wouldn't be a good idea, but something in me can't help but wonder if perhaps that being a potential punishment for some crimes would in fact be a better deterrent?
