Devs! I'm looking for "Generic Heroes."

I'm not sure if you mean Miss or Ms. Liberty (two different NPCs), but one of them IS available (just added her to an arc I'm working on). She is part of the Vindicators.

Ooh, seconded. I would love to have the older (elite boss) Miss Liberty as a usable hero too.
I actually have a story arc with Maiden Justice (Miss Liberty's mother, Ms. Liberty's grandmother) in it. I'm currently using Ms. Liberty's model to represent her, but the older hair style would look better.

I've been looking for generic "Rogue Isles Villains" too, I'd like to pepper my arcs with them here or there since they're part of the canon, but we don't see them too often. I'd be sad if they were forever stuck in bank missions.
However, I think I know why you won't see them - being as most (if not all) of them are Bosses, it'd be very easy for them to be exploited as a farm resource. Just set up a regular defeat all mish with "Generic Heroes" and "Rogue Isles Villains" as the regular units, and ....
EDIT: The blueside version of these guys are "Paragon Heroes"

You can do that with custom mobs though. Having the generic heroes and villains available would allow for more flexibility in mission creation, so we should have them.

I've seen an arc with the Atlas Park bank robber - so he at least exists in MA (although maybe he just remade him)
So the farms win again huh? Too bad they have to limit certain things that could add depth to a storyline (( MA being intended for that purpose)) just cause people need to find the fastest way possible to level up. (( and you have to wonder what the hurry is anyway. ))
They could find some way to bring these characters to the MA though... maybe give them minion status as well?

It also eats up a significant amount of filespace that you otherwise could have used for many other things.
I was thinking about it and you know what my answer to the farm issue is?
People can do it anyway via the Custom Character Mode. So if they added this group, for the sole purpose of saying "hey look, it's here for story purposes only" and not for Farms, then they could add it in.
Edit: Oh well Eve already made my point. However this topic deserves another go round.

Now I'm annoyed since I assumed Kadabra Kill and Sigil were both in the Midnighters group and they aren't. They too are Generic Heroes. Bah! Devs help us!

Yeah I need to use Miss. Liberty in my Arc (( that be the first one)) but you don't have that enemy group listed in the MA anywhere. Custom characters might be the way to go, but I wish you hadn't of overlooked this group guys. Make my life a lot easier.
