Click on My Home, then go down to the Display Options or Display Settings section and hit edit. it's in that list of options.
It shows up like this

What he said. You can also change the number of posts shown per page, which is handy. I have mine set to a huge number, and I'm always amused when people are like, "ZOMG there are 10 pages of posts!" I'm like, "Um, no there's not..."

Same here, I find 10 posts per page annoying. More often that not that doesn't even get you past the stickies.

I find stickies are not factored into the topics/page, and will be there in addition to the standard 10 on the first page.

I'm so glad it can be changed. I'm set up for 50 threads per page, and have changed my text input box to something like 600x400 pixels instead of the standard tiny one.
...I forgot what experience means.

That's because 600 and 400 are not valid entries for changing the size of the Post box. I use the following numbers.

any way to make the forums list more threads per page? its so annoying to have to go through so many pages when it seems like there should be a way to change the number of threads per page.
