Personally I have myself been a fan of these things in MMO's. (EQ2's lottery goblins + card game). I wont go out and buy stuff to play it...but something minus a charge would be neat.

He can't. Well he could but he reupped his sub for a year when the MA came out and he's mad because they took away his exploits. He's already complaining about the new Going Rogue edition.

Gotta love it when an idea is posted, and someone who doesn't want it says, "Go play another game".
Ever think maybe people that suggest these things ARE satisfied with the game, but that they enjoy it so much they want to see it expand and grow in new ways?
It doesn't even matter if it would ever get done (which it likely would not)...you should still not begrudge someone for simply making a suggestion.

And secondly no reason i cant play pool are use the slots in PD and St.M while i am waiting on people .. Waiting on people is boring .. would fix that... Not like this is a hard thing to do.. Mini games would be nothing to ad

I actually like the idea of having minigames, but I don't know how they'd work them in properly. I'm a huge sucker for stupid quick flash games online, that's probably why I don't mind the idea that much.

Yeah i been there in PD waiting on a event to start and would just be bored ... And little mini games while waiting wouldn't hurt nothing and wouldnt put alot of stress on peoples comps.. Mine is fine tabbing in and out of game But some people have hard time with it.. Wouldn't harm the game any

Just answering this question and not implying the OP has done any of the following.
Let's see . . .
The GM's may have discovered the player in question works for an RMT company.
The GM's may have discovered the player in question is an RMT customer.
The GM's may determine that the player in question has knowingly used an exploit in the MA and the severity warrants their account be banned.
The GM's determine the player in question is trying to sublicense, rent, lease, loan or otherwise transfer the Software for profit.
The GM's determine the player in question is making discriminatory remarks which are sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive including excessive obscene or vulgar language.
The GM's determine the player in question is continually violating copyright after disregarding repeated warnings to stop.
And those are just a few reasons why a paying player might be forced to stop playing the game.

And there's no reason why you can't have a second program running and you toggle between both games while you are waiting.
You can even set this game to window mode so you can do both simultaneously.
The end result is you get to amuse yourself while waiting, and the devs get to focus on more important issues. Everybody wins.

This could be a big problem. If the games gave rewards the system could be exploited. This is supposed to be a hero/villain game not Bob Barkers Farming for Dollars.
well, by rewards i meant badges so i should have said that instead : 
Minigames are always nice, I wouldn't want to see a huge amount of dev time put into it, but if it was easy I'd be completely for it.

Minigames have been suggested before - like making the... think there are/were pinball tables in Pocket D work.

Throwing INF or other rewards at them... nope. Nothing other than pinball-esque "top 10" lists.
