Really when dual pistols comes out they should have a nerf gun option.

I dream of a nerfless game, where when one set outperforms the others, instead of slightly reducing the power of that set, you simply buff EVERY OTHER SET. Then when you introduce a new set (Willpower) that turns out to be stronger, you simply buff FIFTEEN OTHER SETS. And you keep doing this until all sets are capable of soloing Hamidon, and you have to adjust the power of every single enemy in the entire game just so that they can keep up, and we end up with enemies that deal damage in the thousands with regular hits just so all the numbers balance out.

That would be way better than having to suffer "nerfs" !!!

Are you getting tired of the game nerfs? If so, plaese speak your mind here.

[/ QUOTE ]

I don't know of any true nerfs...so no I am not tired of the game...

Am I allowed to still speak my mind?

If so, did you know MLB umpires have to wear black underwear?

[/ QUOTE ]

i did not know that. Also, i do not feel my life has been enriched by learning this.

Well, this would be a real small thread limited to people who are butthurt* about MA fixes and who don't understand the common definition of the term nerf if only people who agreed with the OP posted here.
So yes, you are allowed to speak your mind.

*That's a terrible portmanteau employed by socially and literately inept misanthropes. Never use that word. Ever.

I got tired of regen nerfs and ED pushed me over the edge, so I quit for a while.

Came back for CoV, nothing since has enraged me to the point of cancellation. The current devs have a better grip on the game than the last bunch.

Going back through his previous posts, he's complaining about the AE exploit fixes ( at least in the last two posts he is).

Either that or he's a time traveler that has found out that Going Rogue is going to have ED2: Electric Boogaloo in it.

It's really either or, but gun to my head I'd have to say it's the first one.

I rarely laugh out loud at something someone posts in the forums.

This made me LMFAO.

edit, oh and am i sick of nerfs..well, lets see, my main is a ma scrapper, a set that got buffed a bit ago, hes also a sr which got some nerfs but also got some really good io bonuses in issue 9, and the elusivity buff, so lets call that a wash, and a plant dom, who is getting a buff in the next issue apparently, but already god a very good fix back in the day when mez resistance was added to domination. so yeah, not feeling significantly nerfed here, also my keld and stalker feel a good bit more robust than on their start dates as well. in fact the devs seem to be throwing me some nice upward adjustments on my powers quite regularly, so if this is nerfing, nerf my (self-censored) and call me sally.

Yes, it was completely sarcastic. It's totally unreasonable to expect a game to never nerf anything. The alternatives would be to A) have things that are clearly overpowered that you can't do anything about, or B) continually buff EVERYTHING except the overpowered stuff which would take a thousand times more work and effort.

Take, for instance, you have 200 glasses of water and they're supposed to be equal at 50% capacity. One of the glasses is a little over, at about 60%. Does it make more sense to just pour some out, or to add more water to every single other glass? And if you're taking the no-pour approach, what happens when you accidentally overfill one to 65%?
