I did not exactly forget it, but I figure you apparently fulfill the first part so much, the second part can be ignored. Shame there's no way to measure correcting people on their English. This thread totally makes me lust for a 'Grammar Nazi' badge I could proudly flag.
Edit: Yay for the addition. Though I personally feel the 'Crybaby' title is ill-chosen. A 'Crybaby' is more like someone who needlessly and openly complains about something that is not really a big issue. Since reporting forums stuff is a bit more underhanded, wouldn't something like 'Backstabber' be more appropriate?

Pardon me, but I find it terribly unfunny to be an 'insult comic'. I never liked Triumph. *shrugs!*

'Getting' someone with a practical joke is, by far, more entertaining than applying negative connotations to otherwise neutral actions.Insult comics get their jollies by, ultimately, being bullies. Making fun of other's faults for their own gain. And I find little humor in that.

Insult comics (as you call them) observe and point out a person's or thing's own faults and mistakes.
If that person or thing was not flawed to begin with there would be nothing to point out.
I'm a serious badger and even I appreciated Frostweaver's sarcasm. 
A practical joker is someone who sets up borderline malicious acts against typically innocent people.
Even if they aren't innocent victims, they are still the 'butt' of someone actively trying to humiliate them.
Between the two I find people who like to perpetrate practical jokes to be far more "sinister" and contemptible that an insult comic. Dont get me wrong: The Three Stooges can be funny once in a while but George Carlin is still going to be the god of my kind of comedy. YMMV.

Practical jokes are, typically, performed on friends and relatives (At least where I'M from!) as dumping a bucket of water onto a complete stranger can and often will cause problems.
The Spring Snakes in the Peanut can: awesome prank to pull on Dad.
Whoopee Cushion: Hilarious (if you're a fan of body humor)
Carlin, by the way, is a -topical- comic. An Insult comic picks people in the audience and celebrities and then simply makes fun of them for comedic effect. That's all an insult comic did.
Frostweaver, on the other hand, has applied negative namecalling to activities that the Devs have demanded.
Rat Fink, Tattletale, Crybaby. These are all tools used primarily by guilty parties to make others feel bad for doing the right thing. And typically they're used by children. So even though this is a 'Joke' thread she's insulting others for doing what's right.
And her initial comment was that -I- got hit with the water of her 'joke'. Which was a backhanded method of accusing me of being a 'Crybaby rat fink Narc of the Fun Police'.
Frankly, I find it to be insulting for the fun of insulting people. And I don't want or need that kind of abuse aimed at myself, my friends, or my community.
Honestly? Take this negativity -back- to the appropriate threads, and let some actual suggestions get put in it's place.

That's why I implied you calling Frostweaver an "insult comic" was using your words, not mine. Basically I think you have your terms mixed up. The humor that was invoked here was far closer to Carlinesque that it ever was to Triumph the Insult Dog. Carlin mostly pointed out people who took things way too seriously. And those people (who deserved it) he -insulted- with a flourish.
Ultimately I appreciated Frostweaver's sarcasm here because it equally poked fun at badgers, narcs and the Devs, all groups who sometimes take themselves a bit too seriously in these matters.
The fact that you "objected" to this obvious humorous post shows us that you've taken it a bit too personally yourself. Seems to me Frostweaver struck a nerve you were probably better off not admitting for your own sake.

Not a bad idea, I think you should start your own suggestion thread for these. I especially like the 'Golden Gate'. I would probably even get the LFT spammer badges, since over the last 5 years I have probably does that for a total of at least ten times.
maybe you should add a special badge for someone that PL's a character that has one of their own characters level pacted? like the 'self' motivated badge or something?
