I would say Face 14, especially with a few slider tweaks

I use Young Face 11 way, way too often on my girls because it's very soft looking.

I prefer young face 11, myself. I use for almost all of my female characters. But if you look at it sideways, it has a very very weak chin so I tweak it in the sliders.

I like faces 4 and 11, myself. Green eyes are a weakness of mine.
It depends on the character. I think I've used all of them at one time or another, except the supernatural ones.

I use so many, I can't even keep the numbers straight on which I have used.
I do use Supernatural 1 and 2 on occasion, though. And Face 2 and 4, iirc.
Besides face texture, you need to tweak the head sliders. The default "youthful" headshape has some messed up cheeks and gives the head an odd shape.
Also, stretching certain parts of the head scales or compressing them too much can make even a cute face look awful.
Finally, some hair styles are more conducive to being attractive than others. Serated Sugar is just HOT, but bald w/ponytail instantly makes any cute face just look strange if not scary.

I usually use faces #11 & #14 for my heroines and Hostile Face #1 and Supernatural Face #8 for my villainesses. I also use Supernatural #8 for my toons with wings for both heroines and villianesses. And I always use the slide bars to clean the features up on the faces.

So so true. The basic female head sliders are terrible.
I'm thinking Face 13, 14 or Young Face 9.
But I wouldn't mind being proven wrong...
